10 November 2025, the second seminar of the Focus on producers program was held at the Zbigniew Raszewski Theatre Institute.

The guest of the second seminar was Noémie Delfgou from Reso – Dance Network Switzerland. She presented the topic of international distribution, with a particular focus on Western Europe. She also shared her experience of grassroots networking among Swiss performing arts producers. In the second part of the meeting, this topic was opened up for discussion and critical reflection in the Polish context. During the seminar we also identified the needs of professionals working internationally in the field of distribution and touring of performances.

Noémie Delfgou – Programme Director, she is a graduate of the theatre studies and the German language and literature in Bern and Tel Aviv. From 2013 to 2015, she worked at the Goethe-Institut Munich in the theatre and dance department. From 2015 to 2019, she served as a member of the City of Munich’s dance jury, and from 2017 to 2023, a member of the City of Zurich’s dance commission. She has been programme director at Reso since 2015 and leads the Swiss Dance Days, Forum Tanz, Event Fund and Performing Arts Manager Programme. In addition to her work at Reso, she is involved as a facilitator and supervisor and is active in the art&care network.
